never been to hong kong but a need for a black hair care salon is not necessary out there. You need to google and search the local salons and figure out what they can do for your hair. You certainly have a mission on your hands. Because you should always go to a salon thats familiar with your hair type and you probably wont be able to do that
I'm so happy I'm natural and do my own hair and if I want to go to a salon I can go to any cause every salon knows how to blow dry straight and trim!Does any know of any black hair salons in Hong Kong?
