please don't take this as racist. It's just an observation.Why do most nail salons have Asians as employees.?
well... because the owner is probably asian....and if you knew the difference between certain asians, you would know that they are vietnamese ,most of them in nail salons...but thats another subject i guess..Why do most nail salons have Asians as employees.?
I think many of them are also asian-owned, and most people (especially immigrants) try to employ friends %26amp; family.





Same with koreans and the black hair industry.
There are many nail technicians in china, so when they immigrate, people employ them.





Since they are asian and also newly immigrated, people pay them lower wages than they deserve.
Because it pays well.
