Why wont any salons do this for me?

I need my eyebrows lightened and they all are just like uh....sorry were to busy, or no we cant do thatWhy wont any salons do this for me?
Because it is not allowed by the laws in most states due to the risk. Each state's bar is different, but I know in most it is not allowed.Why wont any salons do this for me?
I am not sure why they wont do it for you. If you go to Sally's beauty supply you can pick up the stuff and do it yourself. You just have to be careful that you don't get it in your eyes.
because it's not a service they provide
because you could go blind if the dye gets in your eyes, and i doubt any of the places you've called have any business doing that. they don't want a lawsuit.
