Are Dominican hair salons better than black hair salons?

i really need to know cause i want to get a Chinese bob and i was woundering which hair salon treats and do hair the bestAre Dominican hair salons better than black hair salons?
dominican and black hair salons are pretty much the same..they both make your hair look and feel the same way...the only thing dominican hair salons do different is they help your hair grow better...so you culd go to either to get a chinese bob...but from my experience the dominicans get a little too happy wit the scissors..lolAre Dominican hair salons better than black hair salons?
african american hair salons treat hair better simply because we have more experience with various different textures of hair and we have a better variety of skill in different hair styles. The reason for this is because we have a totally different hair texture and we are big on the quality of the style of our hair. We work hard on making sure the quality of our hair is at its finest and we do the same for different ethnicity. We take hair very seriously and can promise good quality hair styles
i believe asians do it best and then latinas when it comes to hair. But I bet that it just depends where u go not race. I personally go to a asian salon and I am latino.

Dominican hair salons can give you a simple haircut but you should ask because not all dominican salons will give you a great cut.
