No salon specializes in those cuts, because they are a salon. They can do any cut on you. Bring in a pictue to the salong your going in and give the stylist a good idea of what you want, because stylists get really annoyed when you dont know what you want. thankfully I have never seen one i couldn't stand the crowed gathering of cutter hair cuts and guys wearing there little sisters jeans it would cause me to offend some one

Most likely no. But they aren't difficult hair styles to cut, so any really good hair stylist could do it for you.
